1、主(zhu)軸變頻(pin)器的過電(dian)壓(ya)報(bao)警(jing)

2、排線伺服驅動器的報警處理
在調試過程中,自(zi)動(dong)繞線(xian)(xian)機的(de)自(zi)動(dong)排線(xian)(xian)伺服驅(qu)動(dong)器(qi)(qi)如出(chu)現故障報警(jing),原因為編碼(ma)器(qi)(qi)和(he)伺服驅(qu)動(dong)器(qi)(qi)通訊異常,把伺服驅(qu)動(dong)器(qi)(qi)斷電后(hou),將(jiang)編碼(ma)器(qi)(qi)與伺服驅(qu)動(dong)器(qi)(qi)的(de)連接插頭CN2重新(xin)拔插一(yi)次(ci),再次(ci)上電后(hou),故障解除(chu)。
3、排線伺(si)服跟隨(sui)能力的設定(ding)
通過伺服(fu)驅動器的(de)參數P6來(lai)設(she)(she)定排線伺服(fu)的(de)跟隨(sui)能力,該(gai)參數值設(she)(she)定的(de)越大,對位(wei)置指令(ling)(ling)的(de)執(zhi)行誤差(cha)就(jiu)會越小(xiao),跟隨(sui)能力就(jiu)越強;但是此值如果設(she)(she)定的(de)太大容(rong)易引(yin)起機械(xie)振動,因此此參數值的(de)設(she)(she)定應兼顧(gu)機械(xie)和(he)對位(wei)置指令(ling)(ling)的(de)跟蹤。經實際調(diao)試,設(she)(she)定為35。
4、排(pai)線(xian)采(cai)樣周期的(de)確定
在編寫排線程序時(shi),將采(cai)樣周期(qi)設為(wei)100ms,在調試(shi)時(shi)發(fa)現(xian)排線機構會出(chu)(chu)現(xian)明(ming)顯的(de)(de)一(yi)走一(yi)停的(de)(de)現(xian)象(xiang),而且在每個(ge)走停的(de)(de)周期(qi)內,走的(de)(de)時(shi)間(jian)很(hen)短,停的(de)(de)時(shi)間(jian)很(hen)長,導(dao)致排線緊密度不(bu)一(yi)致。于(yu)是(shi)考慮(lv)將釆樣周期(qi)減小到兩倍(bei)的(de)(de)PLC掃描周期(qi),繼續調試(shi),發(fa)現(xian)排線機構能(neng)夠很(hen)平(ping)滑地(di)移動,不(bu)會出(chu)(chu)現(xian)一(yi)走一(yi)停的(de)(de)現(xian)象(xiang),排線也更加緊密。
5、繞制圓線時的張(zhang)力
如圓線材料的(de)(de)直(zhi)徑范圍為(wei)0.3~1.3mm,繞(rao)線時(shi)(shi)圓線的(de)(de)張力是通過在舒(shu)張輯上纏繞(rao)圈數的(de)(de)多少(shao)來調(diao)整(zheng)的(de)(de),當繞(rao)制比(bi)較細(xi)的(de)(de)圓線時(shi)(shi),如果張力值(zhi)調(diao)整(zheng)的(de)(de)不合適會出(chu)現細(xi)線被拉長變細(xi)、絕(jue)緣(yuan)漆脫(tuo)落(luo)的(de)(de)情況,因此生產廠家應針(zhen)對不同的(de)(de)圓線線徑總(zong)結出(chu)合適的(de)(de)纏繞(rao)圈數。
6、繞制扁線(xian)時的(de)張力
